Cancellation policy

If a client doesn’t show up for a booking a fee will be charged.

If a booking is cancelled within 8hrs (during the daytime), half the price is charged, and if the cancellation is made between 19:00-07:00 with less than 12hrs notice, half the price would be charged here too. Full price will be charged for no-shows at the airport without us being informed or the wrong landing time being given.
