Customer Service
Experienced Drivers
At Pryors Taxis and Executive Car Services, we take customer service seriously, evaluating customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement. We have an exemplary safety record and undertake a number of measures to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers at all times. This includes:
- Regular driver refresher training
- New driver training programme - to NVQ Level 2 standard in Road Passenger Transport
- Disability awareness training for our drivers
- All drivers are fully licensed, CRB checked and medically assessed for driving fitness
Every driver has to complete our full induction programme that includes in-house defensive training.
HSSE and Quality Procedures
At Pryors we treat our in-house HSSE and quality issues as seriously as our clients. That is why we have undertaken the following initiatives to go beyond the standard approach in our industry. We:
- are ISO 9001:2000 accredited for our quality procedures
- are formally licensed with South Oxfordshire District Council
- provide extensive training to our drivers (i.e. advanced driver training, in-house defensive training and emergency first aid).
A number of our corporate clients required us to follow detailed supplier procedures and we are happy to complete any of your company supplier paperwork and to satisfy the requirements of your HSSE team.
Reducing Our Impact
On The Environment
At Pryors Executive Car and Taxi service we have a strong commitment to reducing our impact on the environment and our carbon footprint in the following ways:

- Over the last 5 years we have reduced our carbon footprint by 25%. This has been achieved thanks to the improved engine performance of new vehicles.
- We have set targets to reduce carbon emissions by a further 25% over the next 2 years through updating our fleet at regular intervals
- In September 2011 we added 5 new E Class Mercedes to our fleet. The new model has a 35% reduction in CO2 emissions which means we are on track to meet our targets
We actively encourage car sharing and savings where an organisation books the same destination for different passengers
